The Bible online

The bible has been fully digitalized in cooperation with the Alamire Digital Laboratory (ADL, K.U.Leuven). Bruno Vandermeulen was responsible for photographing the bible. Under the direction of Dr. Lieve Watteeuw and Prof. Jan Van der Stock (Illuminare – Centre for the Study of Medieval Art, K.U.Leuven) the bible has been given a scientific context. The Book Viewer makes it possible to view all the illuminated folios online. Its zoom function reveals even the tiniest details.
